Tibial component loosening is one of the most common modes of failure in contemporary total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Limited literature is available on the outcomes of isolated tibial revision with retention of the cruciate retaining (CR) femoral component. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of isolated tibial revisions in CR TKA.

New Orthopedic Clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center to Open in Late 2018
Rush University Medical Center and Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush are expanding access to academic health care with a new, state-of-the-art professional building and surgery center in Oak Brook, IL.
Dr. Gerlinger performs outpatient hip and knee replacement at Gold Coast Surgicenter located in the heart of downtown Chicago, IL at the historic Water Tower Place. Gold Coast Surgicenter is one of two ambulatory surgery centers in the United States to receive specialty designation as a Center of Excellence in Advanced Orthopedic Certification for Total Joint Replacement by the Accredited Association of Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).
Gold Coast Surgicenter Now Center of Excellence in Advanced Orthopedic Certification for Total Joint Replacement
The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) began an orthopedic certification program for ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) with potential eligibility for certification effective January 1, 2018. The certification gives accredited ASCs the opportunity to earn a specialty certification as a Center of Excellence in a complex ambulatory orthopedic procedure—such as total joint replacement.
