I want thank Dr Tad Gerlinger and his staff for the excellent and caring job they did on my recent hip replacement. From my first pre op visit to my last post op visit everyone was friendly, professional and caring. Dr Gerlinger is an excellent surgeon and his text message program helps you feel they are with you every day through the process. A special shout out to nurse Kelly Murray, who responded to all questions in a timely and friendly manner despite a busy schedule. The whole team shows you they care!

High praise for Dr. Gerlinger & his team! I was so nervous prior to the cemented L hip replacement surgery but it was the best thing I’ve ever done and wonder why I didn’t do this years ago! I’m looking forward to having the R hip done as well! Excellent surgeon and same for his team. It’s a complicated surgery which experience is critical and required. Never did I feel anything but comfortable I had chosen correctly for my total knee replacement. The texts, which come regularly, became a friend checking in and offering help and support.

I’m 6 weeks out after partial knee replacement. Dr Gerlinger and his team especially Kelly made me feel so comfortable with all aspects of this journey. I had my left hip replaced in June of 2023 with Dr. Gerlinger / Midwest Orthopedics at the Rush Oak Brook Surgical Center. The pre-op preparation was very orderly and thorough. The billing went smoothly. On the day of the procedure, I went into surgery at 7:30 and walked out at 10:30. Post-operatively they checked in on me twice. At 5 weeks I had an in person meeting. Everything looked and felt great. PT has been moving me along steadily. Dr. Tad and his team at Oak Brook are great option for hip replacements. I'm walking miles at a time these days thanks to them.
