This is my second knee replacement. I’m 82. Dr Gerlinger and his team were outstanding in efficiency, competence, availability and communication. My needs were anticipated before I even knew them myself. Six weeks after surgery I am well on my way to full recovery and so far ahead of where I was with my first knee replacement. Dr visits were timely with little or no wait times. Dr Gerlinger is personable and seeks to understand any personal needs. I never felt rushed and always received answers to my questions and concerns. The Dr and his team were always encouraging. I have my independence back and couldn’t be more satisfied. Billing is very fast and detailed. Very happy not to receive bills many months after service! Thank you, Dr Gerlinger!
