I had 2 knee surgeries at Midwest Ortho @Rush . The last one was 2 years ago. ???? .I went to PT both times . I have no constant pain, some occasional stiffness. I can stand and walk. I saw Dr Gerlinger last week and I showed him I can now cross my legs. LOL I recommend him and staff to anyone.

Dr. Gerlinger is respectful of your concerns, he goes over your x-rays with you and explains to you next steps. I left confident of my treatment plan and what to expect. The staff that he works with are equally professional and the whole team makes your visit comfortable, non confusing and pleasant. Dr. Gerlinger is excellent and goes the extra step to make sure you have understanding of your issues and procedure plan.

This whole process exceeded my expectations. The surgery and recovery were very easy. All of the information, both prior to and after surgery, were very helpful and informative. Dr. Gerlinger and his staff are nothing short of the Gold Standard in every aspect. This is my wife's second knee replacement, 1st one 7 years ago, and now 6 weeks ago. The confidence, professionalism, pre and post care is amazing. To have a Doctor and his staff so attentive, caring and responsive is unheard of in today's times. Now as for the socks, hmm we may need to work on those a little :) Thank you Doc, amazing job!

My complete knee surgery was performed August of 2022. Dr. Gerlinger had previously performed a knee replacement for my husband a few years earlier. His knee surgery was a complete success too. Dr. Gerlinger is an excellent surgeon and a true professional. I've been in the health care field for the past 40+ years and have never experienced a more highly efficient set of health care individuals. From the front desk, to his nurses, administrative staff, out patient sites, and loved his weekly encouraging and informative text messages from the beginning of my first office visit until my release back to work. Prompt email and phone call returns throughout my entire knee replacement journey. Everyone we encountered was truly concerned about my care and recovery and very professional! Highly recommed Dr. Gerlinger and his entire practice for all your orthopedic needs.

Dr Gerlinger did a right knee replacement for me on 9/13/22 at the outpatient Rush Surgery Center in OakBrook, IL. The surgery went well, and I am very happy with the result so far. Pt is going well. I would highly recommend him as an orthopedic. His bio is remarkable, showing that he has helped so many people have a better quality of life. He is very professional and kind. His team also follows up immediately to answer any questions you may have. The care was great, and Dr. Gerlinger is an excellent surgeon.

I Am So beyond Happy with Dr.Gerlinger. He seems like A very caring Dr & listens to all your concerns & makes sure to Reassure you if you have any concerns. I was very nervous 2 months out after my Partial Knee Replacement that I wasn’t going to get any better especially with the extreme stiffness that I was having. After discussing this with Dr.Gerlinger he definitely reassured me that things would improve with therapy & not to worry. I am 3 & 1/2 Months out I Am definitely improving but it’s been a slow rehab for me. This was an injury at work & being that I’m on my feet 8 hrs a day he has my back by listening to my concerns about returning to work too soon. Thanks Dr.Gerlinger for all your support through this, it’s been a very rough road & I Finally found A Dr who actually listens to me & has done everything to make things head in the right direction!!!!
