r to surgery Dr. Gerlinger’ s office provided support materials that included links to websites about how the surgery is done, medications and after care. Recovery was surprisingly quick with physical therapy support. Within 3 weeks I was limping less than I had prior to the surgery. Much less pain than I anticipated.

My total knee replacement surgery has been a great experience. Of course, I had pain and discomfort for the first couple of weeks but the texts I received from Dr. Gerlinger helped me through the tough times. The texts were encouraging and very helpful, I felt affirmed at every stage of my recovery. I recommend Dr. Gerlinger to anyone facing a knee replacement. I will be having my left knee replaced next spring and will have Dr. Gerlinger do the honors.

Six weeks ago I had a partial knee replacement performed by Dr. Gerlinger, and I could not be more pleased by the outcome and the experience in general. Dr. Gerlinger's descriptions of the surgery and the recovery were clear and accurate; the advice and information he provided, both pre- and post-surgery, significantly enhanced my experience and the speed of my recovery. He and his team were highly professional and dedicated to providing to me the best possible results. Within a few days after my surgery I could walk without pain for the first time in years, and after six weeks I am well on my way to regaining full strength in my leg and resuming all the activities I enjoyed before the pain in my knee prevented them. Dr. Gerlinger is a highly skilled and caring doctor for whom I have the highest regard.

Wonderful, staff and Dr. Gerlinger! Had my 1st knee replacement 10/18 and second knee replacement 11/20. I will only have Dr. Gerlinger. He is informative, honest, and strait forward. I am so happy my friend refer him too me. I also have refered many friends and they too are so happy with the skill Dr. Gerlinger holds. Pain free! Walking all over the place again. At the moment I am 6 weeks post TKR and I am very happy with the results so far. Dr Gerlinger & his staff are all very professional. I felt they really listened to you as a patient & truly cared about your recovery. Receiving the daily texts after the replacement was a great reminder of the exercises to do in my recovery journey. Dr. Gerlinger and his staff were excellent with regard to my hip replacement surgery. They prepared me well so there were absolutely no surprises on the rehabilitation side of this process. After two days, I was walking with crutches and these were discarded after a week. Now after five weeks, I am back to full strength and feel great. I extremely pleased with this process and everything actually exceeded my expectations.
