The doctors at Midwest Orthopedics are the best in class for treatment of orthopedic injuries, surgery and rehab. Dr. Gerlinger, in particular, has reprieved me of severe pain through successful joint replacement surgery. My recovery was remarkable and he and his staff deserve 5 stars for knowledge, skill, and overall excellent patient care.

Dr. Gerlinger performed a knee replacement on my right knee two years ago. He and his team provided me with useful info both pre and post surgery. Dr. Gerlinger is an experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly surgeon who I have recommended to friends seeking a good ortho surgeon. I am so elated with the outcome of my past surgery ( pain free / good flexibility / strong ) that I am scheduled to have my left knee replaced this month with Dr. Gerlinger and his team. Highly recommend!!!

Midwest orthopedic in Oak Brook provided me with excellent care through Dr. Gerlinger and his Fellow. Efficiency from the front desk , X-ray department , norsing staff interactions with Drs. I was not rushed. Every procedure was explained , assessment and evaluation was provided with clarity . I highly recommend this facility and physicians .

Dr Gerlinger familiarized himself with my medical history and reviewed potential issues with me that I should prepare for prior to surgery, however, he also was very confident of an excellent result and gave me the same high confidence in a good outcome. Dr Gerlinger and his staff are not only very professional and they were very responsive to my questions and concerns before and after surgery. Their follow-up and rehab guidance is better than any surgery team I have seen. They are the best.

Dr Gerlinger’s bedside manner was very kind and caring during my first exam and visited right before my surgery to assure me all will be fine and after the surgery came into my room to ask how I was doing. My surgery went well and I left shortly after my surgery. AMAZING resultsI would definitely recommend Dr. Gerlinger.

Excellent surgeon and same for his team. It’s a complicated surgery which experience is critical and required. Never did I feel anything but comfortable I had chosen correctly for my total knee replacement. The texts, which come regularly, became a friend checking in and offering help and support.

High praise for Dr. Gerlinger & his team! I was so nervous prior to the cemented L hip replacement surgery but it was the best thing I’ve ever done and wonder why I didn’t do this years ago! I’m looking forward to having the R hip done as well! Anyone considering surgery, sign up for the text messages, they were so helpful and avoided what probably would have been a slew of calls to the office, lol.

My hospital stay was exceptional, my hip replacement surgery went extremely well. I enjoyed text messages they were great with home therapy information, medication updates and jokes. I want thank Dr Tad Gerlinger and his staff for the excellent and caring job they did on my recent hip replacement. From my first pre op visit to my last post op visit everyone was friendly, professional and caring. Dr Gerlinger is an excellent surgeon and his text message program helps you feel they are with you every day through the process. A special shout out to nurse Kelly Murray, who responded to all questions in a timely and friendly manner despite a busy schedule. The whole team shows you they care!
